Cashroll

Terms of Service

Last updated: August 27, 2026

By using Cashroll you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

The service

Cashroll is software for tracking rental-property income, expenses, debt service, and related metrics such as DSCR and NOI. It is a record-keeping and calculation tool.

Not financial, tax, or legal advice. Cashroll performs arithmetic on the numbers you enter. It is not an accountant, a lender, or an attorney. Verify all figures with a qualified professional before filing taxes, applying for financing, or making an investment decision. You are responsible for the accuracy of your own records.

Your account

Your data

Your portfolio data belongs to you. You can export it at any time and request deletion at any time. We handle it as described in our Privacy Policy.

Plans and billing

Acceptable use

Don't use Cashroll to break the law, store data you have no right to, attempt to access another workspace, or attack the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

AI features

AI-generated output (receipt extraction, import mapping, answers) can be wrong. Always review it before saving or relying on it. AI usage is metered per plan.

Availability and liability

Cashroll is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We work hard to keep it running but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Keep your own backups — the Export button exists for this reason.

Termination

You may stop using Cashroll and delete your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms, and will give notice where practical.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email and reflected in the date above.
